Cat City Shipping Policy

At the moment, Cat City ships within Canada and the United States.

If you’re outside of Canada or the U.S. and would love to see Cat City near you one day, feel free to send us a message, we’re always curious where our community lives.

Processing Time

All Cat City items are handmade and prepared with care.

Orders are processed within 2 business days from the time your order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order is ready, it’s handed off to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Time

Shipping times are determined by the carrier and your location within Canada or the U.S. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout, but please note they are not guaranteed.

After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is a flat $15 across Canada for all orders under $60. Orders over $60 qualify for free shipping.

Shipping to the U.S. is a flat $25. Orders over $85 qualify for free shipping.

Costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Duties & Import Taxes (U.S. Orders)

U.S. customers may be responsible for import duties and taxes upon delivery. These fees are determined by U.S. customs and are not included in your order total.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Cat City is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control.

If your tracking looks stuck or something seems off, contact us and we’ll happily help you investigate with the carrier.

Cat City is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received.
