Meet The Mayors.

These cats are the real deal. They make all our political decisions.

Kiratsa aka. Kira

We adopted Kira on a complete whim in 2024. It was a late night and we stopped at PetSmart for cat food, and there she was in the adoption window. A sweet tortie, FIV positive on her chart, almost 6 years old. It was unspoken what we felt but we knew with every moment her chances of adoption were getting lower and lower; then we were there the next day taking her home. The second she stepped out of her carrier she owned the room. Demanding pets and climbing her new furniture, she even spent her very first night cuddled up in bed. Kira went on to alter the course of our lives, truly a soul cat if there ever was one. Her FIV and traumatic past caused us to become absolutely plagued with this overwhelming need to do everything we possibly could to improve her life, and every cat we could reach. Kira passed in November of 2025, our time with her was short lived, but no amount of time would ever have been enough. Her strength and love continues to fuel us and everything we do.

iPod aka. iPoop

iPod was adopted late 2019, and I met iPod in 2022 when I met my now husband. We were teenagers and hardly knew anything about cats, I didn’t even think I liked them. But something about her felt different. She seemed bored, lonely, and unsure of where she fit, spending her days sleeping and crying at doors. iPod sparked my curiosity, and before I knew it I was learning everything I could about what cats truly need to thrive. In early 2024, I brought her into my own home, and that’s when she truly began to blossom. Once she felt safe and understood, iPod became confident, independent, and loved for exactly who she is. She bonded deeply with my grandfather in his final year and even turned my father into a full cat-dad. iPod taught us that cats don’t need to change, they just need humans willing to understand them. Today, she spends her days comfortably spoiled by my father, full of personality, and finally living the life every cat deserves.

Tara aka. teeny tiny Tara

We found little Tara on a TCR listing at the beginning of 2025. Almost 2 years old, her silly face caught our eye immediately and it was love at first sight. Watching her come out of her shell has been one of the most rewarding things we have gotten to experience; from her crippling fear of human feet and only willing to be around us if we were floor level, to rubbing on our legs every chance she gets and constantly demanding attention. A little cuddle bug, Tara loves to curl up with us in bed, on the couch, or on a cozy lap. Our sweet little girl, Tara loves to watch over us as we work on the toys for your furbabies, rest assured that she supervises and approves all products!

Lev (L-ye-v) & Volk

We adopted these mischievous kitties at the end of 2025, barely 7 months old at adoption, they are the youngest cats we have ever had! Silly kitties by every definition of the word, these two brothers keep us busy every second of the day. Lev is our little super genius, he inspired us to learn more about cat training to tame his behavior; we quickly realized he was too smart for his own good and needed an outlet for his mental energy. Volk was seemingly the easier of the two, but we soon realized that was definitely not true; full of curiosity and energy, once he warmed up his personality began to shine - and boy is it LARGE. Cuddlier than we ever could have imagined, the boys love to relax in bed and lay right on top of us! These little boys have taught us so much about cats, and taught us that many cat toys don't make is past one play session. They have inspired us to create toys that withstand the destructiveness of kittens, while keeping all the qualities that make them so interested in those toys in the first place!
