DIY Cat Puzzle: Toilet Roll Treat Puzzle

Keep your cat busy and mentally stimulated with this simple treat puzzle! Perfect for slowing down meal time or giving extra enrichment.

You’ll Need:

• empty toilet paper roll, or paper towel roll for a larger puzzle!
• small treats or freeze dried proteins
• scissors

Make It!

• cut small holes into the cardboard, I like to flatten the roll and then cut 3 holes on each side
• fill the roll with a few treats
• fold the ends in, you can tape them if desired
• let your cat explore!

Tips:

• use different sized holes for differing difficulty, smaller holes for a bigger challenge, larger holes for cats who might not get it!
• switch treats to keep it exciting

Mental stimulation, and treats lead to a very happy, tired kitty!
